Home inspection questions

How much is a home inspection?

A full home inspection is $625, and it includes aerial drone photos of the roof so you can see its condition up close.

Why do you use a drone?

A drone shows the entire roof, including areas that are unsafe or impossible to walk, like steep tile roofs and second stories. You get clear overhead photos in your report.

Do you inspect new construction?

Yes. I do pre-drywall, final walk-through and 11-month builder warranty inspections.

Can I add a wind mitigation and 4-Point to my home inspection?

Yes. Buyers usually need both for their insurance quote, and adding them to the same visit saves a trip.

Need a report for your insurance company?

Most wind mitigation and 4-Point reports are delivered within 24 hours of the inspection.
